!Unicode(UTF-8) will not work for these!
In principle, the entry for this is also superfluous, because Ghosts with inbuild UTF-8 run perfectly...

Using UTF-8 for ghosts which don't use it, is a mistake!

The correct choice for Japanese ghosts with misaka.dll would be SHIORI: Japanese (Shift-JIS)

You don't need for Ghosts written in westeuropean languages using misaka.dll.
(Would be a similar error as with UTF-8.)
Windows then uses Windows-1252 (code page 1252), based on ISO 8859-1 (Latin-1).
