Your ghost needs a master shell.
Otherwise no surfaces/pictures may be shown.

(ghostnamedirectory)/shell/ master
In this have to be descript.txt, surfaces.txt and at least surface0.png and surface10.png

Don't use the directory(name), some shells come with.
