A NAR file is no renamed RAR file! It's a renamed ZIP file.
NAR means Nanika ARchieve. (SSP has no inbuilt RAR extractor - so you will only get an error message)
When Windows recognizes it as SSP related, this file shows the SSP icon.
Then installations work by drag&drop, doubleclicking works too - even when SSP isn't running.
In this case SSP installs the file and starts with this ghost.
