These ghosts based on old versions of satori.dll don't work very well on other than japanese Windows,
may be will cause a lot of trouble too!
To avoid this, please use the patches before changing to or calling these specific ghosts.

Some patches include surface.txt for shell, some don't.
If there is one, I could find out some failures.

Caution:
SSP reads and loads all surface*.txt files in shell directories.
So also surface-old.txt or else for example.
This way all error messages will stay.
Better to rename turning other way around to *surface.txt like old-surface.txt or else.
