If you download the nar-file, then install it, it does not work(on western OS).
The reason is the install-file.
In install.txt not only the ghost's name is written in Kanji,
the name of install-directory is written in Kanji too(does not work on western OS).

Well, japanese users using japanese OS have no problem with this...

What you can do is, open nar-file with with winzip/7-Zip or else,
there open install.txt and change the directory-line.
There overwrite for example the mojibake-part with name of nar-file.
(You may also try to change directory-name after installation with Kanji.)

There is also problem.html... (to get some ghosts easier)
